This work is an exploration of diverse expressions on an acrylic panel. I tried painting and removing the layers many times. As a result, traces remain.
The marks reveal my internal conflict and the time invested in the process.
Initially intended to depict a “sea of clouds,” the work gradually shifted focus and became a study of the interplay between color and texture.
透明なアクリル板の中で、どれだけ多様な表現ができるのか？いくども塗ったり剥がしたりした痕跡、それらが葛藤と向き合った時間を表す。
この作品は、「雲海」がモチーフだったが、作業中のやりとりによって、最終的には、ひたすらに色とマチエールの関係を探る作品として完成した。
